XGT3 was the spare car built by Alan Mann but was never raced. After Le Mans it was used mainly as a show car wearing the red and white stripes of the #3 Le Mans Mk2 (1047). It was repainted at one time in black and silver stripes to look alike the winner of the 24 hours. It is now back in red and white and is raced often in the historic races by its present private owner.
The Models:
Although the model by U.H. is supposed to be 1047 at Le Mans its roundels (slightly different) look more like the ones on XGT3
