M10003 was the most successful of all the 3 Mirages. Its first race at Spa was a win, then came the 24 hours of Le Mans where it retired after 3 hours. The following month in July the car crashed at Brands Hatch for the BOAC 500 race but was repaired in time for the Karlskoga (1st) and Skarprack (2nd) races in Sweden. It's last race was a win at the 1000 Km of Paris in October.
The car would be rebuilt as the lightweight GT40 Mk1 P 1075 which would become the most successful GT40 with, among others, 2 wins at Le Mans in 1968 AND 1969.
